Pros: Relaxed environment, free cab shuttle provided, rewards & appreciation. Two months of GFT training for freshers is totally amazing.
Cons: Project allocation totally depends on your luck. Some projects are really good for learning; some projects are not good as there is a lot of micromanagement and no technical growth.

The work is according to what you want to do in your working life.
Courses for self-study.
Cons: The salary is not enough.
