Pros: Yes, it is good. They can select you easily. They mainly focus on learning, which will benefit you for your future.
Cons: The problem is that they mostly hire a ton of people and make them bench, and don't allot them projects. Because of that, a problem arises when the candidate wants to switch companies; they don't have hands-on projects.

Pros: I could not see much in the project I was in.
Cons: There are a lot of long hours, stretching almost every day. The management is horrible.
There is a lot of biasing. Too many people to manage, which creates chaos rather than delivery.
