Pros: You do learn a lot as an intern. You gain a lot of real-life exposure to projects, which makes you think about what relevant skills you need in industry. I improved on writing cleaner code and also worked on the business side, which is good experience too.

Cons: Can be long hours (project dependent). This job is harder than most intern roles at other companies, but your pay will not reflect this. This company is very hierarchical and has a lot of work politics. There is a split between departments (services, solutions, and consulting) which needs to be fixed.
