I did a psychometric test, which was not that hard. However, the HireVue video interview had some behavioral questions that ended up being challenging. This was extra difficult due to how you had to maintain eye contact while answering the questions. Considering you only had 30 seconds to prepare, it became quite challenging indeed.

Pros: Learned a lot from fellow colleagues and supervisors. They were friendly and willing to teach many things from scratch. There is overtime pay and benefits if you really do overtime. Personally, I did not have to overtime much.

Cons: Experience is very project-based. For every time I mention a good review and experience, I can hear about a peer having an equally bad experience.

Pros: Learned a lot from fellow colleagues and supervisors. They were friendly and willing to teach many things from scratch. There is overtime pay and benefits if you really do overtime. Personally, I did not have to overtime much.

Cons: Experience is very project-based. For every time I mention a good review and experience, I can hear about a peer having an equally bad experience.
