Pros: Great colleagues. I worked in the dock and worked with some of the best, hardworking, and underappreciated engineers during my time there.
Cons: Lack of promotion opportunities, seeing the wrong people get promoted at all levels, but especially at higher levels, is very frustrating. Hard work is not rewarded, and being female makes it even more difficult to get promoted.
