Pros: I loved my time with Accenture as I got to get my hands dirty throughout the whole software development lifecycle process during my short stint, as it was part of my work-study program. Accenture provides many welfare and benefits, such as subsidized healthcare, Blue Sky Fridays, interest-based groups, and a rewards system. It has a very well-constructed onboarding program and a comprehensive mentoring system.
Cons: I do not face any issues while working for Accenture.

Pros: They tend to employ beginners, who need some experience at the beginning of their career.
Cons: A lot of their projects are low impact and very much outsourced support and low dev-focused.
You hit a plateau very fast, but they try and sell that you have flexibility to change projects, without mentioning that most of them have the same problem.
