10 Months With Accenture During Covid Period
I loved my time with Accenture as I got to get my hands dirty throughout the whole software development lifecycle process during my short stint, as it was part of my work-study program. Accenture provides many welfare and benefits, such as subsidized healthcare, Blue Sky Fridays, interest-based groups, and a rewards system. It has a very well-constructed onboarding program and a comprehensive mentoring system.
I do not face any issues while working for Accenture.

Software Engineer New Associate
You start with a group meeting. You will have to do some logical questions with your group as a team. After you do the logical problems, you will wait for the individual interview with 2 questions about OOP and 1 about SQL.
Application Developer Intern
Online assessment on critical thinking, problem-solving, and pattern recognition, with recorded interview questions. This was followed by an interview with the project lead on project requirements and tasks.
App Developer
3 to 4 rounds of interview process, each 40 to 60 minutes. Onsite and sometimes online. Contract and full-time positions. Different clients: RCT, Haw Par Villa. Sometimes at client locations. Client interviews: 2 rounds.
