Then, the second interview was a technical interview with the manager. It was an hour-long interview over the phone.
Finally, the last interview was with the managing director.

There is a high chance of being mentored by a good senior there.
Cons: Like any company, it's hard to upkeep political relationships if you are seeking to climb the corporate ladder.
