It was a very technical, open experience with immediate feedback. I could get answers to questions I couldn't answer myself – very informative. It was more of a discussion than a question and answer one.

3. Good onsites (if you are on the right projects, of course!!)
4. Transport facility
Cons: 1. Frequent project changes (some time on bench for a lot of time and performance review sucks because of this)
