Pros: Because of the diversity at Accenture, you get to meet people from different states and cities, and a friendly crowd within teams.
The office campus infrastructure is good, and the food courts are good.
Cons: Management is too poor, micromanagement and politics are common.
Hard work gets you paid is a myth here.
Favoritism is common, leading to a negative work culture in terms of growth and compensation.
