Software Engineer Interview Experience - Pune, India
Process
So I got shortlisted by the company, and HR called me to congratulate me.
They stated someone in the team would call and arrange for an interview. One week went by. I tried to call the previous HR several times with no response. After another week, I got a call from another HR, HR 2, who scheduled my interview. She said I would receive a link or email one day prior. I was like, "Okay, fine."
No response to my calls, and no calls from their end by both HR 1 and HR 2 again. After another week, HR 3 called and scheduled an interview. The same thing repeated, and for the last two months, this cycle has been getting repeated. It's a tiring process. No one answers when I demand a mail of discussion; they give abrupt answers.
Hopefully, I will get an interview soon, but this HR process is just way too much.
