Pros: Perhaps I was lucky, but I found a lot of fantastic people and a climate oriented towards personal growth.

Cons: Salary and salary prospects are horribly below market level. Playing on the "superminimo assorbibile" (absorbable supplementary pay) they promote you and then absorb the entire increase with the CCNL (National Collective Bargaining Agreement) raises, turning a promotion into a pat on the back.

Cons: Salary and salary prospects are horribly below market level.
