My experience was great overall. The hiring team was polite. I faced problems while connecting, but the technical support team was too helpful to get me the connection to the interview.

Pros: I started out as a new college grad. They give good training, but it's not project-specific. You're assigned to a domain, which is difficult to change. They aren't very flexible about your work interests (this is only true for freshers straight out of college). However, they do have good project opportunities.
Cons: Too big an organization for you to be noticed.
