Pros: Good work ethic. Excellent employee engagement from upper levels. Lots of activities and interest groups for everyone to take part in.
Cons: Not really market rates for salaries and inequality between different streams, even though people are technically at the same level. Sometimes, a lot of after-hours work is expected.
