Pros: You might work on interesting projects, if lucky.
Opportunity to work abroad.
Language courses for free.
People: most of the colleagues were friendly and professionals.
Project events, if there is a budget. Company events at least twice a year.
Free coffee and tea in the kitchens.
Cons: Salary is usually under average.
You might work on uninteresting or difficult projects (deadlines are unrealistic), if unlucky.
Changing projects is not always easy or possible.
Corporation and administrative overhead. For example, you might end up filling out timesheets for the company and for the project separately. Spam emails.
