Pros: 1. A lot of work. A LOT.
2. A good place to start if you are a fresh graduate.
3. A good place to start if you don't have any technical background but want to pick up technical skills.
4. Good benefits (medical benefits, professional magazines subscription, dental allowance, etc.).
Cons: 1. A lot of work.
2. No work-life balance.
3. High expectations.
4. Terrible clients (this depends on the project, but my clients were so demanding).
5. Terrible culture. They will contact you at any time when they need you. They will expect you to put work first before everything else.

Cons: Freshers are not allowed to decide the skill in which they want to grow. Freshers may be sent to any facility or state to work.

Pros: Infrastructure is good.
People are decent and matured.
Pay is somewhat okay.
Cons: Projects
Politics is at its peak internally.
Bench is hell.
Administrative overhead.
Shadowing of leads, so good work is not recognized and higher members take credit.
Project allocation mechanism is the worst.
If you could impress your superiors, you will shine; work doesn't matter.
If you work really well and do 2X work, 4X work will be given. If you do 4X, 8X will be loaded onto you.
