Pros: 1. Infrastructure is good.
2. Friends and colleagues are good and helpful.
3. Some diamond clients take care of their employees with regular outings and goodies, as well as good hikes.
Cons: 1. No good salary hike on a regular basis for most clients, especially internal projects, which are the worst in terms of career growth.
2. Too much politics at every level.
3. Less learning with respect to growth.
4. Very minimal respect for the job you are doing, according to growth.
5. Management is worse.
