- HR
- Technical
- Managerial
The HR and managerial rounds are for basic details gathering and salary negotiations. The technical round is telephonic, but it happened at the Accenture facility after my details were verified.

Pros: Good salary raise. TL and managers depend on luck. Mine were good.
Work-life balance is good.
Cons: They claim to be spending much on training; however, it is not knowledge-driven training, but only like script reading.
Hefty processes (might be good if seen from an organizational point of view, but for employees, it's exhausting).
