First interview/assessment morning, with a paired activity involving a potential situation with a client where you had to describe how you would deal with it.
Then there was an exercise which you had to do solo with an employer listening in. You had a color palette in front of you and were made to name each one. Other activities such as this had a 10-minute timer to do them all.
Finally, an interview with another employer with 10 questions about hypothetical situations in the workplace and what you would do.
After completing that assessment, if successful, you go through to another interview, one-on-one with an employer for a more in-depth interview where they get to know you, your skills, and knowledge of the company/industry.
