An initial round of online tests (reasoning and situational).

Then an assessment centre consisting of group and individual assessments (including a presentation on an assigned topic that you have to prepare in advance).

Lastly a final technical interview with a manager, where they test your understanding of technical/programming concepts.

Pros: Good working conditions and environment. Good training package and opportunity to learn from more experienced workers.

Cons: Lots of bureaucracy. Minimal salary increases. To grow in salary, you have to be promoted to a higher level. Each "level" has a very small salary range, so it requires being at a fairly high level to earn the same as in other companies (and they would never promote you to that level based on years of experience). They directly pay below market average with no possibility of change.
