Cons: • No chance to learn new technology if you are deployed in a project that’s not using the technology you want to learn.
• The HMO is too big for us employees; it should be shared with dependents, but unfortunately, it’s not. They are always modifying the benefits until it’s not a competitive package anymore compared to other companies.
