• Most easy interview process I have ever seen.
• Interviewers were also kind and listened properly. Even in the final round, they told me directly that I am perfect for the role.
• Most pathetic Talent Acquisition Team I have ever seen in 10 years of my career. The final interview was done, and almost after 6 weeks, they didn't even do a single follow-up on my candidature.
• The recruiter working for my profile got assigned to some other delivery, making the offer process not happen. I suspect they didn't want a candidate from a recruitment agency.
• After doing so many follow-ups, I had to purposefully decline it as I was feeling that the whole of the time was wasted.
• To my surprise, they made it really quick and had my candidature archived in the next 2 hours.
