There was a technical interview, followed by an HR interview, and the offer was released in a week's time. Though the offer was good, there is a huge variable component. 27% variable is huge, in my opinion.

Easy to change the domain.
Variety of access to learning platforms.
The internal learning platform is great.
Work-life balance is good.
Salary structure is good and customizable.
Cons: The performance measurement and appraisal system is the worst in the industry.
People are biased in the appraisal system. Work is not appreciated in monetary terms.
