I had an interview with Accenture for an internship as a System Architect and the experience was overall very positive. The selection process was divided into three main phases:
The first contact was with a very cordial recruiter, who clearly explained the phases of the process and the expectations for the role. Subsequently, the technical interview was well organized: I was asked questions about fundamental system architecture concepts, cloud computing (especially AWS/Azure), and some practical scenarios to evaluate my problem-solving approach.
The third step was an HR interview, where we delved into my soft skills, motivations, and aptitude for teamwork. All interviewers were professional and willing to answer my questions about the work environment and growth opportunities.
Advice for candidates: prepare well on the technical aspects (especially distributed architectures and cloud services), but do not underestimate the importance of soft skills and personal motivation.
