I was found by an external recruiting company and, after an initial selection phase, invited to a meeting with Accenture for a technical manager position within the security area. This phase also involved filling out several documents, before setting up a meeting with a manager.
Questions
Few technical questions and many hidden queries and tests on soft skills. In general, an informal interview but of low impact, as if the evaluating manager were not very interested in interviewing me.
