Process
The interview process is well in place. The only issue found was the post-interview feedback. Being a senior position, the interview went very well, and I was sure I was selected as per the discussion. However, that was not the case, which came as a surprise to me. I had asked for feedback via email, which I didn't receive. Even when I tried calling the HR, no one answered. This was something I never expected, as I had thought they had a better interview process.
