Pros: Good environment for freshers, too good to learn new technology.

Cons: No cons. Everything at Accenture is super.

Pros: Very well organized and excellently timed hiring process. Fun colleagues and a truly international and inclusive environment. You will fit in even if you come from a completely different field. Many perks, like a company e-bike, discounts, and learning, especially since the merger to Accenture. The offices are taken care of very well. Great work/life balance - no one forces extra hours on you or demands that you are available outside of your work hours.

Cons: Salaries are on the lower end, especially for the Stuttgart area. The team and the tasks strongly depend on the project: you might get the feeling that you work for a new company each time you have to switch projects.

Pros: Good company and good culture.

Cons: Work-life balance can be tough.
