Very well organized and excellently timed hiring process. Fun colleagues and a truly international and inclusive environment. You will fit in even if you come from a completely different field. Many perks, like a company e-bike, discounts, and learning, especially since the merger to Accenture. The offices are taken care of very well. Great work/life balance - no one forces extra hours on you or demands that you are available outside of your work hours.
Salaries are on the lower end, especially for the Stuttgart area.
The team and the tasks strongly depend on the project: you might get the feeling that you work for a new company each time you have to switch projects.
