After a long circus of months, the technical interview got scheduled. The procedure went like this:
Technical discussion: It was mostly scenario-based questions and some basic coding questions. It went around an hour.
After the tech discussion, I myself had to remind the HR for further rounds. Then she called me and scheduled the HR round. It went well, and I was asked to upload all the documents. They kept calling me as they had made up their mind to release the offer letter.
After the HR discussion, I got scheduled for a manager round. The manager didn't have any experience with frontend technologies, so he asked me Java questions, even though the profile was clearly for a UI developer. I could respond to some of the questions and showed my willingness to learn Java.
By the same night, I got a mail saying that your candidature is rejected without any further call/negotiations from HR.
Outcome of the entire process was zero.
