Good projects that are development-based.
Great teams, and new ideas are appreciated and welcomed.
Less opportunity for growth if stuck on the same project for a long time.
The exam was good, but not the interview. The test could access a candidate's knowledge, but the scheduled interview was so vague, allowing nothing to get out of it. I don't know how they manage to select a candidate from it.
Round 1 - Technical and Cognitive Aptitude Test 90 questions in 90 mins 4 sections as in: * Reasoning * Psuedo Codes * Bit and several outputs based * English Ability Base cutoff 50+ out of 90 to be directed to the next round. Round 2 - Coding Rou
The interview process was easy, with a general introduction. Then, they asked technical interview questions. They also took my coding round, where they asked two easy-level questions.
