Decent salary, bonus, benefits, and access to training.
I was employed for 2 years and spent half of that time on the bench, despite having excellent reviews on my projects.
If you roll off your project, you're basically on your own to find one. You'll get little help from managers or your people lead, who just tell you to "network more". Find a project soon, or you'll be "connected out" (fired).
The entire infrastructure of the company (HR, benefits management, hardware support) is overseas. So, get used to talking to people in India.
