Great work culture and fun work environment.
Delayed start date. I was promised to start Summer 2023 after graduating Fall 2022. Then my start date got delayed again till Summer 2024.
Be more communicative with new hires. These are people with lives and different financial circumstances. Someone can be struggling financially, waiting to finally start their career as promised after accepting the job, then all that was taken away.
