• Last-minute tasks assigned with unrealistic deadlines
• Narcissistic, authoritarian boss with a militaristic approach
• Constant reprimands, even in front of other people
• Lack of employee appreciation and absence of recognition for achieved results
• Subtle reprogramming of the employee to make them "performant", through targeted language (you are not proactive, you are a wait-and-see person, you don't know how to sell yourself, and much more)
• No right to make mistakes, but people who stay silent and do not contradict superiors
• Unclear definition of tasks that generates misunderstandings and insecurities
• Generalized stress and fear, a climate of silence among colleagues for fear of repercussions, favoritism
• Absence of human contact and understanding
• High turnover in very short periods
