Large company, good benefits and career, however salary below market and few opportunities for programmers in São Paulo.
Majority of benefits for both employee and dependent. Many projects and clients, with some possibility of relocation and career plan, such as evaluation and feedback, etc.
For programmers or developers, I found few opportunities in São Paulo, as it is focused more on Recife. Salary much lower than the current market. Very few project opportunities in regions like the west zone of São Paulo.

Data Engineer
The "technical" interview was limited to general behavioral questions, as well as basic tech stack questions. I expected more interviews, but one was enough for an offer to be extended. There was no live coding or anything of that sort.
Analyst Software Engineer
It was very simple. I had an interview with HR to better explain about the company and the position, and another technical interview asking about the technologies described in the vacancy and a technical test.
