Quite mediocre and very rushed, a phone call to a position I applied for about 40 days ago. The recruiter didn't even read the CV or know English. No one will intend to join the company if they are treated like cattle.

They ask you about your experiences and to talk a little about yourself. They present situations and how you would solve them. You have interviews with leaders in English and, in some cases, the client joins.
