Other co-workers were nice.

Accountability
Lack of training guidelines
People were too busy to train, so they had to struggle to learn on their own.
Then they would get upset that I did not know as much in those areas from the training.
Management was not helpful nor caring in certain situations, along with no care for offshore employees.
