Better hiring process
Two interviews were conducted in the span of 15 days. The first was for technical skills, where I was asked about my tech stack and the projects I worked on. The second interview was an HR round.
I got a call from HR, and the next day an interview was scheduled. There was only one round of interview. It went on for about an hour. The interviewer asked me about Java, Spring Boot, Java 8 coding questions, and REST APIs.
The interview was easy. There will be an assessment at first, and then coding. After completing that, there will be a communication round. Then there will be HR. The HR round is face-to-face and easy also.
