Bad in terms of salary growth and sudden change in policy
Sometimes good work comes, and sometimes unplanned work suddenly arrives. Be ready to deliver, but it depends on project to project.
In terms of salary, there was no hike. Even in West Bengal, if you apply for sick leave, you will get half pay for that due to a new policy change. Also, the manager told me I would get a good hike and go onsite, but when November came, there was no hike or onsite. They just give false promises so that you work harder.
Management: I felt bad, but it depends. Whatever if you make a single mistake, they will leave you or not train you or support you. However, these depends on the project.
