Learn about the industry. Get to learn basic technologies. If you are lucky, you can get good projects.
If you are in a legacy tech stack project, you don't end up learning much. Having a good manager is based on luck and can affect your experience vastly.
Make managers more capable to pick up on young talent that is performing, rather than falling prey to politics and overworking the employees.
