I got very good projects, good development exposure, and hikes were good.
Few corrupt people managers from the India side. Rewards are generalized and not specialized. Poor middle-level management.
A balance of conventional (typical service-based) and empathetic management needs to be designed.
Middle-level management has to expand its thought process.
