No words, according to me.
There will be no learning. They won't give you project releases. Insane working hours, no work-life balance. They will treat you like sheep. If you raise your voice against them, managers will put you in PIP. Worst project, worst company. Useless HR.
First, treat your employees like humans. HR should be responsible for employee welfare, but they are useless.
