Great working environment. No politics within the team. Supporting manager.
Never care if you want to leave the organisation, you can go.
Will not provide salary hikes.
Will have to work till 3 AM for those innovation challenges because the manager needs a promotion.

Keep all the good things and hikes within themselves. Doesn't care how hard you worked for them; they'll have a backup ready for you. Inclusion and Diversity is a fraud!! Senior Managers try to steal the credits of an Analyst. Seriously???
