Accenture makes an effort to provide industry-standard benefits and compensation to its employees. The quality of work is very varied due to the size and scope of the organization, but in general, it has great clients and good opportunities.
Personally, the lack of feasibility in internal movement was rather disappointing. It renders you helpless if you get stuck in a profile, role, or task you are uncomfortable with.
