Cannot think of any pros. Everything is average.
- I didn’t like the bench concept, as they keep you on the bench. At the time of hike or variable pay, they say you were on the bench, but that was not out of choice.
- Leaders are not very good. At least in my project, it was not a very good experience.
- They force you to work on weekends and work for more than 11 hours.
- Leaders didn’t inspire me or motivate me.
- No appreciation.
