Depends if you get aligned to a good project, manager, and team, you are sorted. Don't expect too much hike.
HR’s are invisible all the time. I have worked in this company for more than 6 years and yet I have no idea whom to redirect my queries related to payroll and so much more to. The only time they’ll care to magically appear out of nowhere is when they have to threaten you for your job, but when help is needed, you wouldn’t even know the POC to contact.

4 rounds of overall interview. The last and first were more process rounds. Two core rounds happened at an average level and required a bit of DSA. DSA was not taught though.
