- Accenture management is not doing more politics (it depends on the manager; I never faced this).
- We are giving too much importance to the client, even when not worried about the resource's work-life balance.

4 rounds of overall interview. The last and first were more process rounds. Two core rounds happened at an average level and required a bit of DSA. DSA was not taught though.
