Hikes, promotions, and bonus percentages are low, even if you are a top performer. However, pay is within market standards if you are skilled enough.
Give regular hikes to help employees deal with inflation.

4 rounds of overall interview. The last and first were more process rounds. Two core rounds happened at an average level and required a bit of DSA. DSA was not taught though.
