Salary is good, with an average hike of around 12%.
Variable pay, a lot of higher management politics. Simply, they will crush your career if you are not aligned with higher management folks.
They will throw you in different projects irrespective of your skill set. I have a high-paid React developer background but I landed in a production support project like BPO.

4 rounds of overall interview. The last and first were more process rounds. Two core rounds happened at an average level and required a bit of DSA. DSA was not taught though.

We had a technical interview and an HR interview. The interview was conducted via Zoom meeting. The interviewer was very soft-spoken, and I was able to answer all questions without tension. The HR interview was also good.
