Benefits are very clear and readily available. Salary was 100% always on-time.
9-hour shift (not including break time/lunch break), boasting that this made them internationally competitive. You are picked for the project, not vice versa. So, if you haven't cleared out the project coverage/technology/role you're getting into, it's hard to request to get out or move to other ones.
They have internal trainings; sometimes they overlap with your project, and sometimes they are not charged as overtime.
Confusing hiring process, since they have a big department for HR, and every step is a different group/department you're working with.

4 rounds of overall interview. The last and first were more process rounds. Two core rounds happened at an average level and required a bit of DSA. DSA was not taught though.

We had a technical interview and an HR interview. The interview was conducted via Zoom meeting. The interviewer was very soft-spoken, and I was able to answer all questions without tension. The HR interview was also good.
