Scheduling an interview takes a long time, and the interview was scheduled after three cancellations. The reason for cancellation was unforeseen circumstances. The process was not so smooth because of multiple cancellations. There are two rounds: *

It was a smooth process, and my interview went well. Even though I was remarked as good after my interview, and was positive, I wasn't selected. So, the selection criteria is vague for me.
